The Idler Of Belt Conveyor

The idler is used to support the conveyor belt and the material on it and make it run stably. Troughing idlers are used for conveying bulk materials and parallel idlers are used for conveying finished articles and supporting lower branch conveyor belts. In order to prevent conveyor belt runaway and affect the operation, training idlers will be set every 10 sets. Impact idler shall be installed when the height of blanking is between 800-1200mm or the weight of a single piece of conveying material exceeds 50Kg.. The spacing between cushioning idlers is generally 400-600mm, depending on the working conditions.
