Introduction
Notice:When the feeding size ≤ 150mm, the material directly into the cone crusher, without the previous crushing.
Processing introduction:200TPH Granite / Basalt Crushing Processing Equipment.Stone from the mountain blasting down, self loader truck feed the stone less than 600mm into the vibrating feeder, vibrating feeder to evenly feed the stone into jaw crusher.The jaw crusher carries out the first crushing of the stone, discharged stone from the jaw crusher is about ≤150mm, then the material is sent to the high efficiency hydraulic cone crusher through the vibrating feeder for the secondary crushing, and the material is classified and sifted through the circular vibrating screen. The material larger than 40mm is returned to cone crusher and broken again, The material less than 40mm is transported to the shaping machine by the belt conveyor.After shaping, the finished product is sorted through a circular vibrating screen and transported to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
