Description Of Iron ore

Pure magnetite can be directly put into smelting furnace for ironmaking, but there are still more associated minerals. For some magnetite with high impurity content, It will produce concentrate by simple crushing, screening, grinding and magnetic separating. So the mainly iron ore processing includes: crushing, grinding, and beneficiation. The big iron ore in silo is transfered into jaw crusher or mobile jaw crushing plant by vibrating feeder, material is coarsely crushed.The coarsely crushed iron ore is transfer into single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor for intermediate crushing; the medium crushed iron ore material is transfered to multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing; after fine crushing, the material is conveyed to the vibrating screen by the conveyor. And the 0-12 mm iron powder that has passed the vibrating screen is evenly conveyed to ball mill for grinding, then screened by the spiral classifier. If it does not meet the requirements, the powder is sent to the ball mill for grinding again; the iron powder meeting the ore dressing requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separate and magnetic separate to remove impurities, the obtained iron powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain iron concentrate powder.
